This tool lets you draw your signature with a mouse, finger or stylus, or upload an image of it, and then place it anywhere on your PDF. You can stamp it on one page or on every page, choose the ink colour, and download the signed file.

Signing runs entirely in your browser, so your PDF is not uploaded to our server. The signature is an image stamp, not a certified digital signature.

How to use this tool

  1. Open the PDF in the signer (up to 30 MB).
  2. Draw your signature on the pad, or upload an image of it.
  3. Click the page where it should go, then download the signed PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. Signing runs in your browser. The tool loads two code libraries from a public content network, but your PDF stays on your device.

Is this a legally valid signature?

Whether an image signature is accepted depends on your country and the type of document. This tool adds an image stamp, not a certified digital signature, so check with the person or organisation who needs the document.

Can I sign on my phone?

Yes. The signature pad works with touch screens.

Can I sign every page at once?

Yes. Tick All pages before you click, and the signature is placed at the same spot on every page.
