This tool reads the text on every page of a PDF and splits each line into spreadsheet cells wherever it finds a wide gap between columns. The result is an Excel (.xlsx) file with one worksheet called Extracted, with a Page label above the content of each page.
Numbers such as 1,234.50 are saved as real numbers so you can calculate with them, while long IDs and values with leading zeros stay as text. Results depend on how the PDF was made, so always compare the totals with the original.
