This tool turns the data in an Excel (.xlsx) workbook into a tidy PDF table that is easy to print or share. Every visible sheet is included, and the page switches to landscape when a sheet has more than six columns.

Formulas show their last calculated value. The PDF is a clean table of your data, so charts, pictures and cell colours are not reproduced. Very large workbooks are cut off at 5,000 rows in total.

Frequently asked questions

Are hidden sheets included?

No. Only visible sheets are converted.

Does it accept old .xls files?

No. Only .xlsx workbooks are supported. Save older files as .xlsx in Excel first.

Are charts and colours kept?

No. The PDF contains a clean table of your data without charts, pictures or cell styling.

Is there a row limit?

Yes. Very large workbooks are cut off at 5,000 rows in total.

Logs. Our host (Google Cloud) keeps standard request logs such as IP address, time and URL for security and operations. We don't require an account.
