This tool turns a PDF into an editable Word (.docx) document. It reads the text on each page and rebuilds it as paragraphs, headings, bullet lists and simple tables, so you can edit the content in Microsoft Word, Google Docs or LibreOffice.
It works best on PDFs created from a word processor, where the text can be selected. Pictures, custom fonts, multi-column pages and complex layouts are not reproduced exactly, so expect to tidy the result. If your PDF is a scan or a photo, use the Scan to Word (OCR) tool instead.
Yes. There is no signup and no fee. Each file can be up to 30 MB.
Not exactly. The text is rebuilt as paragraphs, headings, bullet lists and simple tables. Images, custom fonts and multi-column layouts are not reproduced, so plan to tidy the document in Word.
Not with this tool, because a scan holds pictures of text rather than real text. Use Scan to Word (OCR) for scanned pages.
Right-to-left text is detected and set right-to-left in the Word file. PDFs store Arabic in different ways, so check the result. For scanned Arabic documents, use the OCR tool and choose Arabic.
Your file is processed temporarily on our server to create the Word document. It is not kept or shared.
