This tool joins two or more PDF files into a single document, keeping the pages of each file in their original order. It is useful for assembling applications, reports, invoices or any set of documents that need to be sent together.

How to use this tool

  1. Add at least two PDF files (up to 20 files and 30 MB in total).

How many files can I merge?

Up to 20 PDF files per request, with a combined size of up to 30 MB.

Can I change the order of the files?

Yes. Use the up and down arrows next to each file before you merge.

The merged file is too large to send. What can I do?

Run the merged PDF through the Compress PDF tool to reduce its size.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

No. Remove the password first, then merge the files.

Your files. Uploaded files are processed in server memory to produce your result and are not saved, analysed or shared.

Logs. Our host (Google Cloud) keeps standard request logs such as IP address, time and URL for security and operations. We don't require an account.

Ads & Cookies. We use Google AdSense to fund this free service. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
